Mixing Sizzling Color with Carolyn Blaylock

Friday and Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This workshop is for everyone, of all levels. Over three days, you will learn Carolyn's secrets, how to mix the most gorgeous color combinations. You will learn the basics of placing the colors on your palette, mixing colors together, and how to place them in the way that makes a painting sing. Through Carolyn's demonstrations you will learn to apply these concepts into a painting. Each student will leave the workshop with a notebook of formulas for mixing color, a reference to use over and over again.Oil, acrylic, and watercolor welcome.
Cost of class: $225 for three days. Lunch and refreshments provided.
*$75 due at registration, final payment due October 15, 2011. Cancellation, with full refund, accepted until October 21, 2011.
